type: このイベントを発生させるレイアウト変更の種類。
selectionType: 内部使用のみ。
name: 更新または変更されるコントロールまたはセクションの配列。
newValue: 削除されるコントロールまたはセクションの配列。
oldValue: 削除されるコントロールまたはセクションの配列。
oldSectionName: 元のセクションの名前
newSectionName: 新規のセクションの名前
