InsertGroupHF メソッド

GroupHeader1およびGroupFooter1というデフォルト名（名前で1が順番を示す）を付けて、それぞれグループヘッダおよび該当したグループフッタをSectionCollectionに挿入します。

解説

新しいセクションは、グループ内部のレベル、レポートレイアウトのDetailセクションの直前と直後に追加されます。
