セクション内のコントロールの上端の、セクションに対する相対的な座標を取得または設定します（インチ単位）。

プロパティ値

浮動小数点値または単精度浮動小数点値（インチ単位）。

解説

注意：コントロールを含むセクションは必ず、位置に合わせてサイズ変更してください。そうしないと、コントロールは見えない領域に描画される場合があります。
