year: 変換する年を表す 2 桁の整数。
twoDigitYearMax: 2 桁の最大の年を示す int 値。

例外	解説
System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException	year が、カレンダーによってサポートされる範囲外です。または、twoDigitYearMax が 99 より小さいか、9999 より大きいです。
