パラメータ

element: ズームジェスチャを監視する対象の Windows.UI.Xaml.UIElement。
ctrlRequired: ジェスチャを開始するために［Ctrl］キーを押す必要があるかどうかを設定します。
continuousZoom: true に設定すると、連続するズームを実行する中間イベントが発生します。そうでない場合は、ネイティブマウスホイールイベントからイベントが発生します。
handleMouseWheel: マウスホイールイベントの Handled プロパティを true に設定するかどうかを設定します。
