Add(Int32,Int32,String) メソッド

XLComment オブジェクトを作成し、それをコレクションに付加します。

パラメータ

rowIndex: コメントの上端の行のインデックス。
colIndex: コメントの左端の列のインデックス。
author: コメントの作成者。

戻り値の型

オブジェクトがコレクションに正常に追加された場合は、そのオブジェクトへの参照。オブジェクトがコレクションに追加されなかった場合は、null（通常は、追加するコメントがコレクション内の既存のコメントと重なることが原因です）。
