Insert メソッド (XLCommentCollection)

コレクション内の特定の位置に XLComment オブジェクトを挿入します。

パラメータ

index: オブジェクトを挿入する位置。
comment: コレクションに挿入するオブジェクト。

戻り値の型

オブジェクトがコレクションに正常に追加された場合は、そのオブジェクトへの参照。オブジェクトがコレクションに追加されなかった場合は、null（通常は、追加するコメントがコレクション内の既存のコメントと重なることが原因です）。
