範囲内に特定のセルが含まれるかどうかを判定します。

sheet: セルを含むワークシート。
row: セルの行インデックス。
col: セルの列インデックス。

戻り値の型

現在の名前付き範囲に指定されたセルが含まれる場合は true、そうでない場合は false。
