ユーザーがソースコレクションに項目を追加できるように、グリッドに新しい行テンプレートを用意するかどうかを示す値を取得または設定します。

解説

グリッドの連結先のデータソースが新しい項目の追加をサポートしている（IEditableCollectionView.CanAddNew == true）場合にのみ、ユーザーは項目を追加できます。
