内部ストリームの状態を圧縮解除に初期化します。

戻り値の型

成功した場合は０、失敗した場合はエラーコード。

解説

フィールド next_in および avail_in は、呼び出し元で初期化しておく必要があります。

inflateInit は、zlib ヘッダー（ある場合）を読み取る以外は、何も圧縮解除を実行しません。データの圧縮解除は、inflate メソッドによって実行されます。したがって、next_in と avail_in は変更される場合がありますが、next_out と avail_out は変更されません。
