TrueTypeフォントに対してフォントヒンティングを有効にするかどうかを示す値を取得または設定します。

デフォルトはtrueです。

UseRenderingCacheがtrueで、UseGlyphBitmapCacheがfalseの場合、このプロパティは無視されます。
