scope: セルの領域を表すCellScope値の1つ。
sectionIndex: オーナーSectionのインデックスを表すSystem.Int32値。
cellIndex: 親Section内でのセルのインデックスを表すSystem.Int32値。
cellName: セルの名前を表すSystem.String値。
beginEditReason: ユーザーがGcMultiRowコントロール内でCellの編集を開始した方法を表すBeginEditReason値の1つ。
