指定した基準を満たす前の行のインデックスを取得します。

パラメータ

indexStart: 前の行の検索を開始する行のインデックス。
includeFilter: MultiRowElementStates値のビットごとの組み合わせ。
excludeFilter: MultiRowElementStates値のビットごとの組み合わせ。

戻り値の型

includeFilterで指定した属性を持ち、なおかつexcludeFilterで指定した属性を持たない、前の行のインデックスを示すSystem.Int32。該当する行が見つからない場合は-1。
