小数点記号フィールドを示すNumberDecimalSeparatorFieldオブジェクト。

解説

NumberDecimalSeparatorFieldのDecimalSeparatorの値がIntegerPartのGroupSeparatorと同じである場合、IntegerPartのGroupSeparatorは'\0'に変更されます。
