既存の配列にBaseCollection コレクションの一部をコピーします。

パラメータ

index: コピーの元となるBaseCollection の開始インデックス（Integer 型）
array: BaseCollectionからコピーされる項目の配置先の1次元配列（Arrey 型）
arrayIndex: コピーを開始する配列のインデックス（Integer 型）
count: コピーする項目の数（Integer 型）
