Add メソッド (BaseKeyCollection)

指定したキーと値を持つ要素を BaseKeyCollection の末尾に追加します。

パラメータ

key: 追加する要素のキー。
value: 追加する要素の値。

戻り値の型

BaseKeyCollection に追加された項目のインデックス。
