パラメータ

context: 書式コンテキストを提供するSystem.ComponentModel.ITypeDescriptorContext。
culture: 数を表すカルチャを指定するSystem.Globalization.CultureInfo。
value: 変換するオブジェクト。

戻り値の型

変換された値を表すSystem.Object。

例外

例外	解説
System.Exception	値が、変換先の型に対して有効ではありません。
System.NotSupportedException	変換を実行できません。
