value: BaseKeyCollectionコレクション内で検索するオブジェクト。

戻り値の型

BaseKeyCollectionコレクション内で項目が見つかった場合はtrue、それ以外の場合はfalse。

例外	解説
System.ArgumentNullException	value は null に設定できません。
