Insert メソッド (BaseKeyCollection)

BaseKeyCollectionコレクションの指定したインデックスに、指定したキーと値を持つ要素を挿入します。

パラメータ

index: 要素を挿入する、０から始まるインデックス。
key: 挿入する要素のキー。
value: 挿入する要素の値。
