等しくないか判定する演算子オペレータ (Line)

2 つの指定した Line が異なるかどうかを判断します。

構文

パラメータ

leftOperand: 非等値演算子の左辺の Line。
rightOperand: 非等値演算子の右辺の Line。

戻り値の型

2 つの Line が異なる場合は true。それ以外の場合は false。
