画像転送ストレージから画像を取得します。

パラメータ

context: HTTP要求の処理に使用される組み込みのサーバーオブジェクト（Request、Response、Session、Serverなど）への参照を提供するHttpContextオブジェクト。
transferId: チャート画像を識別する一意のID
imageTransferStorage: チャート画像の格納場所（CacheまたはSession）を示すフラグ。
keepTransferStorage: 転送ストレージから画像を削除するかどうか

戻り値の型

バイナリ配列に格納されたチャート画像データ。
