セル範囲に指定した別のセル範囲が含まれているかどうかを判定します。

パラメータ

row: 範囲の先頭セルの行インデックス
column: 範囲の先頭セルの列インデックス
rowCount: 範囲の行数
columnCount: 範囲の列数

戻り値の型

範囲に別の範囲が含まれている場合はtrue、それ以外の場合はfalse
