Equals メソッド (Cell)

指定したオブジェクトがこのCellオブジェクトに等しい（つまり、同じシート内の同じセルまたはセルグループである）場合はTrueを返します。

o: 比較するオブジェクト

戻り値の型

オブジェクトが等しい場合はtrue、それ以外の場合はfalse
