パラメータ

index: 取得する交互行のスタイルのインデックス（０からAltRowCount-1までの値）
destInfo: スタイルの作成に使用するスタイルセット（StyleInfo オブジェクト）。destInfo が NULL の場合は、新規の StyleInfo が作成および使用されます。

戻り値の型

スタイル情報を含むStyleInfoオブジェクト
