PercentCellType コンストラクタ(Double,Double,String)

指定した許容値の範囲と表示するメッセージを使用して、新しいパーセントデータ型セルを作成します。

パラメータ

min: 入力可能最小値
max: 入力可能最大値
errorMessage: 入力値が有効でない場合に表示するメッセージ。
