removeRuleByRange メソッド

指定したセル範囲からルールを削除します。

パラメータ

row: 範囲内の最初のセルの行インデックス。
column: 範囲内の最初のセルの列インデックス。
rowCount: 範囲内の行数。
columnCount: 範囲内の列数。
