x: ポイントのX座標
y: ポイントのＹ座標
r: 画像矩形
value: 値
orientation: スライダの向き
minimum: 最小値
maximum: 最大値
knobWidth: スライダのつまみの幅
trackWidth: スライダのトラックの幅
tickLength: スライダーの目盛の幅

戻り値の型

ポイントがスライダのつまみ内にある場合はTrue、それ以外の場合はFalse
