System.ArgumentException	値が有効ではありません。

解説

TextFormatプロパティの値がSystem.String.Emptyの場合、GrapeCity.Win.Textプロパティは、SelectedItemのListItem.SubItemsコレクションに含まれるサブ項目のうち、このプロパティのインデックス値によって特定されたSubItemのテキストと一致します。
