name: 追加するカスタム名
value: カスタム名の文字列値
baseRow: 値に含まれる行の相対参照を計算するための基準となる行インデックス
baseColumn: 値に含まれる列の相対参照を計算するための基準となる列インデックス
sheetViewScope
comment: カスタム名のコメント。
