sheet: シートインデックス
colFirst: 最初の列のインデックス
colLast: 最後の列インデックス
styleId: スタイル識別子インデックス
width: 幅
hidden: 列が非表示かどうか
outlineLevel: アウトラインレベル
collapsed: 折りたたまれているかどうか
needExtend: 拡張する必要があるかどうか
