指定した行と列のセルの解析書式を取得します。

パラメータ

row: 指定するセルの行インデックス
column: 指定するセルの列インデックス
formatString: パーサーによって構築された書式設定文字列
info: 書式情報を含む IFormatProvider オブジェクト

戻り値の型

解析書式文字列（formatString）とその文字列を書式設定するIFormatProvider（info）が参照によって返されます。
