比較するCellReference値の相対的順序を示す値。戻り値の意味は次のとおりです。0より小さい: このオブジェクトはotherパラメーターより小さい。0: このオブジェクトはotherパラメーターと等しい。0より大きい: このオブジェクトはotherパラメーターより大きい。
