セル範囲のデータを指定した位置に移動します。

パラメータ

row: 移動する範囲の開始位置の行インデックス
column: 移動元範囲の開始列インデックス
toRow: 移動先範囲の開始行インデックス
toColumn: 移動先範囲の開始列インデックス
rowCount: 範囲の行数
columnCount: 範囲の列数
options: 実行されるデータ型を示すオプション。
targetWorksheet: データの移動先のワークシート。データを同じワークシートに移動する場合はnull。

戻り値の型

セル範囲が正常に移動された場合はtrue、それ以外の場合はfalse。
