セル範囲に指定した別のセル範囲が含まれているかどうかを判定します。

パラメータ

row: 範囲の先頭のセルの行インデックス
column: 範囲の先頭のセルの列インデックス
rowCount: 範囲の行数
columnCount: 範囲の列数

戻り値の型

Boolean：セル範囲に指定したセル範囲が含まれる場合は True、それ以外の場合は False
