パラメータ

type: 作成するIShapeの種類を指定します。
row: シェイプの境界ボックスの左上隅の行インデックス。
column: シェイプの境界ボックスの左上隅の列インデックス。
width: シェイプの初期幅（ピクセル単位）。
height: シェイプの初期高さ（ピクセル単位）。

戻り値の型

作成されたIShapeオブジェクト。
