軸タイトルが軸ラベルと重なるかどうかを取得します。

解説

TitleOverlayプロパティがfalseの場合、軸タイトルのフォントサイズまたは向きが変更されると、プロットエリアの幅または高さが調整されます。
TitleOverlayプロパティがtrueの場合、プロットエリアの高さは調整されません。軸タイトル用のスペースが十分にない場合、軸タイトルはプロットエリアに重ねて描画されます。
