名前がフィルタドロップダウンに表示されるかどうかを判定します。

パラメータ

columnIndex: モデル列のインデックス
filteredInRowList: フィルタ一致行のリスト

戻り値の型

フィルタドロップダウンリストにフィルタの名前が表示される場合はtrue、それ以外の場合はfalse
