パラメータ

row: セルの連結を開始する行インデックス
column: セルの連結を開始する列インデックス
rowCount: 連結セル内の行数
columnCount: 連結セル内の列数

戻り値の型

Boolean：セル結合が正常に追加された場合は True、それ以外の場合は False
