ポップアップカレンダーの表示を抑制する

ポップアップカレンダー（サブエディタ）表示を抑制するには、日付型セルのEnableSubEditorプロパティをFalseにするか、ポップアップカレンダーの表示の際に発生するSubEditorOpeningイベントにてその動作をキャンセルします。
