ポップアップ電卓の表示を抑制する

ポップアップ電卓（サブエディタ）表示を抑制するには、数値型セルのEnableSubEditorプロパティをFalseにするか、ポップアップ電卓の表示の際に発生するSubEditorOpeningイベントにてその動作をキャンセルします。
