Top10CondtionType に基づいて上位／下位ルールをコレクションに追加します。

パラメータ

type: 上位／下位条件 Top10ConditionType。
rank: スタイルを適用する上位または下位項目の数。
style: 条件が満たされた場合にセルに適用されるスタイル。
ranges: ルールを適用するセル範囲。
