UpdateVisualStateOverride メソッド (CellPresenter)

派生クラスでオーバーライドされた場合、現在の BaseCellPresenter の表示状態を決定します。

useTransitions: System.Windows.VisualTransition を使用して状態間を遷移する場合は true。それ以外の場合は false。
