パラメータ

index: 移動する最初の項目の位置を示す int 値。
moveToIndex: 移動先の位置を示す int 値。
count: 移動する項目の数を示す int 値。

戻り値の型

要素が正常に移動された場合は true。それ以外の場合は false。
