パラメータ

row: セル範囲の一番上の行のインデックスを示す整数値。
column: セル範囲の左端の列のインデックスを示す整数値。
rowCount: 行数を示す整数値。
columnCount: 列数を示す整数値。
options: 実行されるデータ型を示すオプション。
