セル範囲のデータを指定したセル範囲にコピーします。

パラメータ

row: コピー元範囲の開始行インデックス
column: コピー元範囲の開始列インデックス
toRow: コピーする範囲の開始行インデックス。
toColumn: コピーする範囲の開始列インデックス。
rowCount: コピーする行数
columnCount: コピーする列数
options: 実行されるデータ型を示すオプション。
targetWorksheet: データのコピー先となるワークシート。データを同じワークシートにコピーする場合はnull。

戻り値の型

セル範囲が正常にコピーされた場合はtrue、それ以外の場合はfalse。
