指定した位置以降の行を1つ以上削除します。

パラメータ

row: 削除する最初の行のインデックスを示す整数値。
count: 削除する行の数を示す整数値。
notifyUI: trueに設定されている場合、GrapeCity.Spreadsheet.UI.UIManagerに通知する必要があります。

戻り値の型

行が正常に削除された場合はtrue、それ以外の場合はfalse。
