パラメータ

row: 移動する範囲の開始位置の行インデックス。
column: 移動する範囲の開始位置の列インデックス。
toRow: 移動先の開始位置の行インデックス。
toColumn: 移動先の開始位置の列インデックス。
rowCount: 範囲の行数
columnCount: 範囲の列数
options: 実行されるデータ型を示すオプション。

戻り値の型

セル範囲が正常に入れ替えられた場合はtrue、それ以外の場合はfalse。
