Translate(Single,Single,MatrixOrder) メソッド

指定した順序で、指定した変換ベクタをこのMatrixに適用します。

パラメータ

offsetX: このMatrixを変換するx値。
offsetY: このMatrixを変換するy値。
order: このMatrixに変換を適用する順序（前または後に付加）を指定するMatrixOrder。
