階層表示内で行が展開されているかどうかを取得します。

row: 行インデックス

戻り値の型

行が展開されている場合はtrue、それ以外の場合はfalse

例外

例外	説明
System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException	指定された行が範囲外です。0から行数までの値を指定する必要があります。
