パラメータ

row: セル範囲の一番上の行のインデックスを示す整数値。
column: セル範囲の左端の列のインデックスを示す整数値。
rowCount: 行の総数を示す整数値。
columnCount: 列の総数を示す整数値。
options

戻り値の型

データがクリアな場合はtrue、それ以外の場合はfalse。
